Pearingly audits what your company spends on managed IT, internet, phones, software and more. We find overcharges, unused services, and better contracts. The audit is free, and if we don't find savings, you owe nothing.
Built for owner-led businesses and private equity portfolio companies.
What We Review
Managed IT and MSP contracts • Internet and data circuits • Phone systems and mobile plans • Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and software licenses • Cybersecurity tools • AI platforms
Renegotiate. Most businesses pay more than they need to because contracts auto-renew at higher rates and nobody revisits them. We benchmark what you pay and negotiate with your current vendors on your behalf.
Right-size or switch. When a provider can't compete, we introduce you to up to two vetted alternatives that fit your needs and budget, and we help you compare the contracts before you sign.
Recover overbilling. Billing errors, duplicate charges, and services you've already cancelled are common. We find them and work to get the money back.
1. Share your bills. Send us three months of invoices and your current contracts. It takes about 15 minutes.
2. We audit. We review every line item and benchmark your rates and terms.
3. You get a savings report. A clear summary of what we found, what it's worth annually, and what we recommend.
4. You decide. Nothing changes without your approval. If we don't find savings, you owe nothing. Ask us about our Managed IT search and vetting service!
The audit is free. When we reduce costs with your current vendors, our fee is a share of the verified savings for a set period. When you move to a new provider, that provider pays us a referral fee, and the fee doesn't depend on which provider you choose. Either way, you never pay out of pocket, and our recommendations are based on what's best for you.
Every dollar of recurring cost we remove goes straight to EBITDA and is valued again at exit. Pearingly works with operating partners to audit IT and telecom spend across a portfolio, during 100-day plans, add-on integrations, carve-outs, and pre-exit preparation. Add-ons in particular tend to leave behind duplicate MSPs, carriers, and licenses that are easy to consolidate. Start with a pilot at one portfolio company and see the results before rolling it out.
"Pearingly connected us with two I.T. Service providers that were exactly what we were looking for. I had no idea there was a service out there like this. Instead of reaching out to the I.T. Service providers that have the biggest marketing budget, like we used to do only to be disappointed, we now get to meet with the ones that fit us best. It's one of those "Where were you my whole corporate life" moments."
